2 Tablespoons Salt
2 Tablespoons Accent
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Few Drops Liquid Smoke
1 Clove Crushed Garlic
1 teaspoon Ginger
I am pleased to present my last Food Blogger of the Month, Sue Hall. Sue and I worked together many years ago, lost track of one another and reconnected a few years ago. Sue is sharing her mother Mary’s pork roast. Sue’s Mom made this roast for the family for Sunday supper and for New Years Day. She served it with collard greens and black eye peas.

Sprinkle roast with salt. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Place roast in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan lined with tin foil, pour mixture over roast cover and seal tightly with tin foil.
Bake in a 375 degree pre-heated oven for 4 hours, pork should enough to fall apart.
The drippings make wonderful gravy.
*If you buy a smaller roast like I did, you cooking time will be less.
